Bookings & Cancellations

Please note booking closes 24 hours prior to the start of each class/event.

Sometimes we cancel: We require a minimum of 3 students to book in order to run a group class. Booking closes 2 hours prior to the start of class. If less than 3 students book we will let you know that the class has been cancelled via email and/or through our WhatsApp group (drop April a message (284) 499-1702 and she can add you).

Sometimes you cancel: We understand "stuff" comes up. If you need to cancel please give us at least 6 hours notice to receive a full refund or class credit. If you give less than 6 hours notice then 50% of the price will be charged. If you book and don't show up then the full amount will be charged.

For 1-2-1 sessions, retreats and special events we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If less than 24 hours notice is given then we will charge you 50% of the agreed price for that session.

Bring your own props (BYOP)

As part of our COVID protocol we no longer are allowed to loan props. You must bring your own mat (apologies but we can not allow you to practice on the studio floor without one) and your own strap, blocks and bolster if you use these.

When you book via our website you will see that we offer options for payment. You can book your place and pay with cash or check prior to or immediately following your class or you can select our "class card" option whereby you purchase a 10 class pass from your teacher ($120 - saving you $3 off the drop-in price) and then present the card to your teacher before or after class. The final option is to pay by PayPal at the time of booking. This is less advantageous to us however as PayPal take 10% of monies for their service.

For these sessions cash or check must be provided either before or immediately following the session. You will not be permitted to book another session until your payment is settled.

Vaccinated / Unvaccinated

To attend classes and events at our Road Town studio you must be fully vaccinated. This is a regulation set out by the owner of the space. You will be asked to show your vaccination card when you attend your first class and we will keep a record so that you don't have to show it every time.

As Nanny Cay is an open air venue you do not need to be fully vaccinated to attend classes here.

Social distancing is required at both venues.
